Great owners are humble and respectful, even though you might not be able to see it all of the time. You see, business is a complicated landscape to successfully navigate, and to some, humility and respect are seen as weakness.
I believe that humility and respect are learned behaviors and not natural to those confident enough to start a business.
The moral of the story, learn to be humble and its kissing cousin, respect, or you will be humbled.
